By accessing or using SoulPrint ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the Service.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and SoulPrint. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
2. Description of Service
SoulPrint is an AI-powered personality discovery platform that provides:
- A free 10-question personality quiz
- A personalised soul archetype result and Soul Card
- Optional premium Soul Reports available for purchase
The results are for entertainment and self-reflection purposes only. They do not constitute professional psychological advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
3. User Conduct
By using SoulPrint, you agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy our quiz or results
- Use automated bots or scripts to access the Service
- Misrepresent your identity or provide false information
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of the Service
4. Payments
Premium Soul Reports are available for a one-time purchase. All payments are processed securely through Stripe or Razorpay. We do not store your payment card information.
Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) or US Dollars (USD) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time, but changes will not affect purchases already completed.
5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

We stand behind our product. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following refund policy in accordance with Indian consumer protection laws:
- Full refund within 7 days: If you are not satisfied for any reason, request a full refund within 7 days of purchase — no questions asked.
- Non-delivery: If you paid but did not receive your report, you are entitled to a full refund or re-delivery at your choice.
- Technical issues: If the report could not be generated due to a technical error on our end, you will receive a full refund.
How to request a refund:

- Include your order ID or the email used at checkout
- We will process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method
Cancellation: As SoulPrint is a one-time purchase (not a subscription), there is nothing to cancel. Your purchase is a single transaction with no recurring charges.
Exceptions: Refunds will not be issued for:
- Requests made more than 7 days after purchase
- Cases where the report was successfully delivered and downloaded
- Dissatisfaction with the personality result itself (the quiz is free to retake)
This policy complies with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (India) and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on SoulPrint — including quiz questions, archetype descriptions, Soul Card designs, and the underlying algorithm — is the intellectual property of SoulPrint and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
Your Soul Card image may be shared freely for personal, non-commercial use with attribution to SoulPrint.
7. Disclaimer
SoulPrint is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Personality results are generated for entertainment and personal reflection purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional psychological assessment, therapy, or medical advice.
We make no claims that results are scientifically validated or clinically accurate.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SoulPrint shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Your City], India.
