You are eligible for a complete refund if:
- You request it within 7 days of your purchase date
- You paid but did not receive your report (non-delivery)
- Your report could not be generated due to a technical error on our end
- You were charged more than once for the same order
Refund Process

- Change of mind after the 7-day window has passed

Cancellation Policy
SoulPrint operates on a one-time purchase model only. There are no subscriptions, no recurring billing, and no memberships.
This means:
- There is nothing to cancel after purchase
- You will never be charged again after your one-time payment
- If you have been charged unexpectedly, please contact us immediately — this would be an error and will be refunded in full
